Highly Experienced, Responsive, Trustworthy, Low Prices

If you want someone you can trust to do an excellent job, Bill is the guy. He just installed a brand new main heating and cooling unit, after spending years helping us keep the twenty year old one going, and we couldn't be happier. Bill is incredibly knowledgeable, and a highly skilled and proud craftsman of his trade. He is not going to just slam a new unit and be on his way because he cares about his reputation and depends on it for referrals. He treats the job as if he is working on his own house. This is the second unit he has replaced in our house in the twenty years we have been here (we have a multi-zone house), and we have not had issues with either one--but tons of problems with the ones installed by others.

Bill is fantastic! He knows more about his trade than any other repairman I have called in the last 25 years, so he quickly identifies the problem and makes the needed repair. He charges less than the competition because he does the work so fast and does not charge for every minute of his time, and even makes minor repairs without asking or charging for it. He almost always has the part I need on his truck, so it usually only takes one visit. He always picks up when I call and goes out of his way to come when I need him, by the next day if my A/C or heat is out. I have been relying on Bill for all of my heating and A/C work the last five years to fix problems in emergencies and take on large jobs like replacing old air conditioners. I trust him and, unlike most of my household repairs, I don't feel like I've been robbed when he leaves the house.

Bill Beavers and his assistant, Destiny, have been on my service provider list for several years. Together they provide reliable and timely HVAC maintenance and installation. A couple of years ago, my hot water heater and A/C went out at the same time, during a VERY hot summer month. Bill and Destiny were there within a very reasonable amount of time, despite the time of year and competing demands for their time. Bill talked me through the product options available to me, and with the information he provided, I was able to make a decision for a product that was right for my home/needs. I also recently had a question that came up related to a different service provider that made a modification in my home that affected systems Bill installed, and Bill made himself available to answer questions related to what Beavers Heating & Cooling had installed. I cannot say enough about Bill and his company, and the level of service he provides.  Do yourself a favor, and get on Beaver's Heating & Cooling customer list! Thank you Bill and Destiny!!!!!!!! Bill came through in the clutch! Got a call from my mom that the air was out at her house yesterday in the midst of the local heatwave. Tried calling multiple companies who didn’t answer (understandably since this week is probably like the super bowl for A/C repairs) them I came across W.E Beavers and gave them a call. Bill answered and said he’d be there in 15 min. Sure enough he was there within 10-15 min. I Let Bill know the fan wasn’t spinning and that I thought the likely culprit was the capacitor. He quickly diagnosed the bad capacitor and had the new one in with cold air blowing in the house again all within 20-30 min. I’ve been in sales for over 15 years and I’m well aware that when companies come out they try their best to up sell you into a more expensive fix, Bill did not do that for a second! He was straight up with his information when I asked any questions. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

As I was preparing to put my house up for sale, I noticed that one of my base board radiators was leaking. I called multiple heating and air conditioning businesses and no one did the kind of work I needed. I found W.E. Beavers via the Yelp app. He was friendly, professional, and came by the next day to assess what needed to be done. He put me on his schedule, got the work done quickly and I was able to stay on schedule to sell my house. I can't recommend him highly enough. He has a wealth of experience dealing with all kinds of heat/ac systems, and is one of a very few that deal with older homes. I recommended him to all my friends!! Just sorry I'm moving away and won't be able to use his business on projects in my next house.

Awesome company, great work! Bill and his crew installed our new HVAC system, and hot water tank. Bill Beavers just replaced our two 20-year old heating and aircon units. His workmanship was highly professional. The installation was very carefully performed and was completed ahead of schedule. He acted as though he was putting it into his own home; that's the attitude he took with every aspect of the work -- down to the design, fabrication, and installation of all connecting boxes and duct-work. He takes pride in his work...unusual all too often these days....highly recommended!

I typically do not write reviews, but I have to say both Bill and his assistant Marco are wonderful to work with. We have had major issues with our A/C and recently the heater, Bill has always worked it out to come to our house if not the same day the next day during the time one of us would be home.
